It is more than just getting acupuncture in the park. It is an experience. Getting outside and being in Nature can be medicinal in itself, but incorporating Nature with other healing modalities in a group setting can be fun, healing and inspiring.
Join us for Acupuncture in the park! Acu-Park-ture!
What to expect:
We will start with a short discussion of why this workshop exists, how stress impacts our life and what to do about it, and the benefits available to you by being present.
We will then do a few minutes of guided breathwork and move into the acupuncture treatment.
The treatment will be focused on stress relief rather than individual, personalized treatments as we do in a clinical setting. The stress relief treatment will be the same for everyone. Only 3 needles are used. The acupuncture portion may include some guided meditation and silence and will last about 20 minutes. We will then end with another short discussion.
You will leave feeling calm, light, less stressed and hopefully inspired.
All attendees will sign a waiver for consent to treatment.
Wednesday, August 7th 5pm-6pm.
